Amazon S3
Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) is an object storage service that offers industry-leading scalability, data availability, security, and performance. We utilize Amazon S3 for a number of data storage needs and as a redundant backup resource.
Amazon RDS
Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) makes it easy to set up, operate, and scale a relational database in the cloud. We utilize Amazon RDS as the database backbone to our web platforms; RDS scales quickly, provides us with fast data redundancy, and focused monitoring tools provides us with real-time accurate data.
Amazon CloudFront
Amazon CloudFront is a fast content delivery network (CDN) service that securely delivers data, videos, applications, and APIs to customers globally with low latency, high transfer speeds, all within a developer-friendly environment. We utilize Amazon CloudFront to ensure our platform loads up just as quickly in San Francisco as it does in New York; our platform is just as responsive in Seattle as it is in Miami. Amazon CloudFront also provides us with a number of data security benefits without performance penalties—we like to speed safely.
